Dual- layer palm features WRX and Armortan® treated premium goatskin leather from the world famous Pittards™ Tannery in England. The WRX treatment instills excellent water repellency keeping them supple after repeated exposure to water and perspiration. The Armortan® process encases the leather fibers in ceramic for 25% more abrasion resistance than similar untreated leathers. The elasticized wrist and gauntlet ensure a secure fit and keep out foreign objects. Over-wrap fingertip design keeps the seam away from the fingertips to ensure maximum tactility and durability, preventing fingertip “blowouts”. Strategically placed pads protect the knuckles and fingers. Leather cradle reinforcement prevents abrasion of the KEVLAR® from weapon slides.
